Questionnaire Report

On occasion of the 8th Task Force Meeting at the Annual HPH Conference in Manchester 2010, the Task Force members agreed to adopt 3 work streams as follows:

1. Children’s rights in healthcare settings;

2. Child friendly healthcare services;

3. Health promotion for children and the salutogenic approach.

Following this decision, 3 coordinators were identified and invited to present a 2-year Action Plan at the 8th Task Force Workshop, to take place in Lisbon on the 28th and 29th of October 2010.

During July-August 2010, Task Force members reported the state of the art of the dissemination and implementation of the Self-evaluation Model and Tool on the respect of children’s rights in hospital in their countries; and provided their inputs and suggestions through an ad hoc questionnaire for the next steps of the Task Force’s work. The Questionnaire Report incorporates these inputs.
